I’m now taking bets on how long it will be before he quits thinking he won’t like it and is actually excited to go.
Oh sweet boy….. my heart twinged for you when I read that you couldn’t be there…. super duper hard to miss such milestones but by the sound of there’s no looking back for him now:)
Nope, and now he loves it! I was sad to miss the first day but since I’m on maternity leave now I can drop him off more often.

And he finally came home yesterday and said school was good (as opposed to the usual “not so good….sigh”). So, yay!
